Our classes are suitable for all levels 13 years and older, from beginners to advanced, so anyone can join and benefit from MMA training.
We offer Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai & Self-Defense
Monday and Wednesday - Women's fitness classes from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Beginners jiu-jitsu 6:30pm to 8/8:30pm
Tuesday and Thursdays - Advanced MMA classes 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Friday - MMA fighter's only 5:00pm
Saturday morning's - Open mat 8am to 11am (first session free)
Sunday - Advanced MMA classes 4:00pm - 6:30pm
